Take US 202 NORTH onto HWY 100 NORTH onto I 76 WEST (PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE). Follow I 76 West to I 176 NORTH - the Morgantown Exit. Follow I 176 NORTH to US 422 WEST. From US 422 WEST Follow signs for US 222 NORTH. Follow US 222 North and take the SPRING RIDGE DRIVE Exit. At the top of the exit take a LEFT and proceed to the first light (stay in right hand lane), turn right on to Paper Mill Road (a Turkey Hill is on your right). Take a left at the stop sign, then you will see a ³Body Zone² sign turn right in to the complex.

From Harrisburg
Take I 76 EAST (PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE) To US 222 NORTH. Follow US 222 NORTH to 422 WEST Then follow signs for 422 WEST until you again see signs for US 222 NORTH. Take US 222 North. Follow US 222 North and take the SPRING RIDGE DRIVE Exit. At the top of the exit take a LEFT and proceed to the first light (stay in right hand lane), turn right on to Paper Mill Road (a Turkey Hill is on your right). Take a left at the stop sign, then you will see a ³Body Zone² sign turn right in to the complex.

From Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia and King of Prussia
From I 176 (PA Turnpike) or I 76 ( Schuylkill Expressway) take US 422 WEST. From US 422 WEST Follow signs for US 222 NORTH. Follow US 222 North and take the SPRING RIDGE DRIVE Exit. From Northern New Jersey, Allentown, Bethlehem, and New York
Take 1-78 West to Route 737 South. Take Route 737 South to Route 222 South. Get on route 222 South toward Reading. Follow 222 South until you get to the SPRING RIDGE DRIVE Exit (one exit past Route 183, Reading Airport). Turn right on to Paper Mill Road. You will see a ³Body Zone² sign - turn right in to the complex.

From the Schuylkill Expressway take the Blue Route towards I-95 South. Take I-95 South to Route 322 West (Conchester Highway). Go one mile, take the Route 452 North exit. At the second light, turn right at Dutton's Mill Road. The rink is on the left side next to Sun Credit Union.

THE HILL SCHOOL

Take the Armmond Hammer Blvd. exit from Route 422. Make right turn on Firestone Blvd. Go to second light (by Pottstown Hospital) turn left. At the next light, past the Burger King, turn right on to Beech Street. Follow Beech through light, 1/4 mile on left is Hill School Ice Rink. This is an outdoor rink.

Proceed to the second exit, (Route 47 - Hurffville) and travel towards Hurffville-Glassboro (South). At the first traffic light make a right to stay on Route 47 South. Go approximatley 2.5 miles and make a left onto Hollydell Drive. The rink is at the end of Hollydell Drive on the right.

Pennsylvania Turnpike East to exit #28. Go North on Route 1. Proceed on Route 1 into NJ. Take Route 1 to Quaker Bridge Road exit (at Quaker Bridge Mall). Go to the fifth traffic (Youngs Road) and turn right. Go 1/4 mile to Tennis Court Road and make a right. The rink is in the cul-de-sac.

On I-270 take Exit 6 (Rt 28/West Montgomery Avenue) follow eastbound (becomes East Jefferson Street & Viers Mill Road) about 2 miles. Make left at light onto 1st Street (Norbeck Road). Follow 1st Street/Norbeck Road approximately one mile turn left onto E. Guide Drive. Follow for .4 miles, turn right onto Southlawn Lane. Make next right onto Southlawn Court, rink is at the top of the hill.

Take 176 South to Rt. 10 to Route 896 South. Proceed on Rt. 896 South into Newark, Delaware. Go through the town on 896 South (South Main Street, Elkton Road). Once through the town, turn left to stay on Route 896 South. Continue to the intersection at the University of Delaware Football Stadium and turn left at the light. Go past the Fieldhouse and enter the parking lot. Follow the signs for the ice arena in the sports complex parking lot. There are two ice arenas. The Gold arena is behind the Fred Rust ice arena.

Proceed on Caruthers Lane as it winds through the Golf Course. The rink is behind the golf clubhouse at the end of the road.
